About the wine
Cave Emery is a family business with a long tradition. The vineyards are located in the best wine regions in Central Valais. They treat nature in a particularly gentle way and make conscious use of integrated production. The use of non-natural means is kept to a strict minimum.

Tasting note
Its bouquet shows aromas of cooked strawberries and spicy notes (pepper), a soft start on the palate with berry notes, racy spicy aromas followed by a beautiful melt and harmonious tannins.
