About the wine
Fertile and blooming landscapes in Apulia give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Vinicola Mediterranea conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
The aroma palette on the nose reveals black, ripe berries (blackberry, currant, elderberry), plum, cherry jam, dried plum. This is accompanied by spicy notes. The sensory impression is intense and gives rise to expectations, which are confirmed later on. The palate features velvety, ripe tannins, a good portion of soft body and content, a sweet nuance and refreshing fruit acid, which takes over the sceptre in the finale and gives this southern Italian the necessary structure.

Goes well with charcuterie, stews, cheese, braised beef roast, brasato, beef meatloaf.
