About the wine
We have a special, provocative red wine from 2021 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Romaldo Greco masters this red wine in the blooming and fertile countryside of Apulia. Tasting note
This single-varietal Primitivo was completely aged in steel tanks to preserve the wonderfully inviting fruit. The nose shows aromas of juicy morels, blackberries, plum purée and cassis, underpinned by finely spicy notes of nougat, long pepper and pipe tobacco. Flattering on the palate, juicy, with ripe, sweet fruit and soft tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta with spicy tomato sauce, grilled vegetables such as pepperoni, zucchini, etc. and dark meat. With its delicately spicy nature, served a little cooler, it even goes well with fruity-spicy curry dishes.
