About the wine
The grapes come from vines over 25 years old, grown as Alberello (sapling) and are harvested at the beginning of September. The Càntele family founded the company in 1979. With continuous quality research, the family has won an important position among the wineries and wineries in Salento and has been able to assert itself permanently on foreign markets. The company's philosophy is to produce the best grapes in order to meet their own ambitious goals.
Tasting note
Dark, almost purple-red in color. The bouquet has pronounced spicy (juniper) and mulberry notes. Powerful, long finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty meat and game dishes Goes well with hard cheese.

The expansion took place in steel tanks.
