Tasting note
Opaque ruby Aromatic on the nose, berry compote, marmalade, spicy and toasted notes. Sweet and fruity on the palate with soft tannins. Full body, melty. Long-lasting aftertaste
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pizza, pasta, hard cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are dried for some time using the Appassimento process. This was followed by traditional mash fermentation and further expansion.
