Tasting note
With a bouquet of juicy blackberries and plums, it unfolds its full-bodied personality. Aging in barriques creates nuances of vanilla and roasted aromas that underline its complexity. Its velvety mouthfeel and fine tannins make it a versatile companion for special moments and hearty dishes.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with pasta with strong sauces, steaks and spicy cheese. It is also an excellent choice for grilled dishes or cold plates.
Vinification
Some of its grapes are harvested by hand when slightly overripe. It matures for 9-12 months in 225 liter French and American oak barriques.
