Tasting note
Nice golden yellow color. On the nose, intense and complex aromas of ripe fruits such as pineapple, apricot and banana. Full-bodied on the palate with a mild freshness and an aftertaste of honey and vanilla. Uncomplicated drinking pleasure.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with pasta, spicy hard cheese and pizza.
Vinification
The selected Chardonnay grapes are harvested in August. After draining, a cool fermentation takes place at 4 °C for 2 days. The wine then goes into French oak barrels, where alcoholic fermentation takes place. Finally, short aging in oak barrels and in the bottle.
