Tasting note
Pure Primitivo grapes, with intense ruby red and some grantate-colored reflections. On the nose, distinct notes of very ripe fruit and spices. Very fine and elegant wine, with typical aromatic notes from the vineyard.
Culinary recommendation
Very suitable for hearty dishes, especially roasts, barbecues, but also pasta dishes with spicy sauces.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the first half of September. Maceration at a controlled temperature for at least 15 days. Fermentation in chrome steel tanks, followed by aging in steel tanks and in the bottle.
