About the wine

Tasting note
Deep ruby red with purple reflections. Intense bouquet with lots of red fruit such as cherry, plus spicy notes of truffle and white pepper. On the palate, full-bodied and balanced with soft tannin and a pleasantly long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with ossobuco and grilled lamb, as well as pecorino.
