Tasting note
Deep intense ruby red. On the nose, blackberries, strawberry jam, rosemary, violets and humus. Smooth, complex on the palate with a full body and a long aftertaste.

Vinification
Handpicked at the time of perfect ripeness. Controlled temperature maceration in steel tanks. The brief aging takes place on yeast in steel tanks.
