Tasting note
An intense red in the glass. On the nose, a complex and expressive bouquet unfolds, which is dominated by sweet aromas of ripe plums and cherry jam. Powerful and structured on the palate, yet always balanced and harmonious. The excellent persistence gives it depth and character.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with barbecues, pasta with meat sauce, game and spicy cheese.
