Tasting note
Distinctive aromas of ripe fruit, surrounded by wonderful spicy notes. Soft and harmonious, full-bodied, with a long-lasting, well-rounded finish. Dark ruby red with a slight purple tinge.

Green orecchiette with spicy sauce, spaghetti all'arrabiata, grilled meat, spicy peccorino cheese.
