Tasting note
Color: Intense, bright ruby red. Aroma: Complex, broad and fruity bouquet of cherry jam with hints of plums and tobacco leaves. Character: A beguiling, full-bodied, full-bodied and noble wine with aromas of cocoa, tobacco and vanilla. Probably one of the noblest and most powerful representatives of its grape variety with a never-ending finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, grilled meats, recent pasta dishes, pizza, but also ideal as a meditation wine.
Vinification
Ageing for 12 months in barriques.
