About the wine
Since 1981, Adriano Kaufmann has been at home in southern Tessin, in Malcantone, where he cultivates around 5 hectares of vineyards. Adriano is often described as a tinkerer in the vineyard and cellar. Ambitious and keen to experiment, he undoubtedly plays in the top league of Swiss winemakers and his wines are rightly legendary beyond national borders.

Tasting note
Dark ruby red and its powerful bouquet exudes aromas of red and black fruits such as plums, cherries and blackberries. The fruity nose is underlined by spicy notes of vanilla and cinnamon.

Pasta with tomato or meat sauces, grilled beef, game or lamb, or with dark chocolate.
