Tasting note
Its unparalleled ruby red is the icing on the cake of any special evening. Your friends will tell you. The playful bouquet of black plum, apricot and anise flirts skillfully with your sense of smell. Afterwards, fruity nuances of raspberry, black cherry and blueberry will resolutely and consciously convince your taste buds. Medium-bodied and distinctive acidity result in the red wine, which, balanced with fine tannins in the mouth, shows a lot of character and class. This top wine won the prize: Wine Spectator: 95/100.

Vinification
Manual harvest and selection, alcoholic fermentation and long maceration. 10 months aging in stainless steel tanks, 2 months in bottle aging.
