We have a special, provocative red wine from 2015 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. Tasting note
Color: Dark, intense red with blue reflections. Aroma: Aroma of dried plums with rum pot nuances; as well as an intense scent of wild berries. Character: Medium liquid on the palate, full-bodied and powerful as well as racy in the beginning, acidity beautifully integrated with a harmonious finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with cold summer platters with southern influence (cheese, dried meat, fruits), light roast dishes.
Vinification
Ageing in stainless steel tanks, aging in barriques for 5 months.
