Tasting note
Dark ruby red. Open berry fruit of sweet blackberries, plus subtle notes of black chocolate and warm spices. A flattering, warm-fruity start on the palate. Again, dark berries and spices. Full-bodied, with a grippy texture. Medium-long aftertaste. Easy and easy to drink.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with dishes with tomatoes, olives and herbs.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are fermented in the mash. Further expansion takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
