Tasting note
The fruity fragrance spectrum of the Primitivo del Salento IGP Cavatina of black plum, apricot and anise skilfully flirts with your sense of smell. Afterwards, playful nuances of raspberry, black cherry and blueberry resolutely and consciously convince your senses of taste. Medium-bodied and distinctive acidity result in the red wine, which, balanced with fine tannins in the mouth, shows a lot of character and class.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the red wine is a slightly chilled 16°C. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Primitivo del Salento IGP Cavatina goes well with brasato, red meat and pasta.
