With this discreet white wine 2017 — Prieto Pariente Viognier, the term taste takes on a new meaning. Tasting note
Yellow with green reflections in the glass. The nose has a fruity aroma with hints of apricot and peach. Dense, voluminous with pleasant acidity. The wine is fresh and at the same time very complex.

Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation. 1/3 of the wine is aged in steel tanks, concrete eggs and 300-liter oak barrels. It matures for 6 months.
