About the wine
That is so sause with effervescent - so foaming pink, charm and plush, airy, soaring yet sensitive fruit with apricot, raspberry, and a little provocative with these herbs and the cheeky, mineral touch. Totally lively, unabashed, lascivious and yet so cuddly on the palate, it irritates and caresses you as beautifully as a feather boa! Thank goodness without alcohol — it's so much fun, that wouldn't be healthy with booze!

Tasting note
Sparkling rosé — gentle balance and lively perlage come in fruity-fresh soft pink. The slightly playful sweetness of red berries and plums is in harmony with lively acidity.

Vinification
Base wine from Julius Wasem from Rheinhessen. The alcohol is removed using the vacuum distillation process at just 28 degrees, which preserves the natural aromas.
