Mirabeau’s Pret a Porter Rosé Cannette is a fresh, easygoing rosé with bright fruit and lively freshness – ideal for sharing good times with friends. Made organically, it offers a clean, effortless drink that’s perfect anytime you want to relax and enjoy.
Tasting note
Pale peachy pink color. Bright and fruity aromas on the nose with strawberries and cream, pear, apricot jam and cherries, followed by orange zest and orange peel and white peach. Generous and creamy on the palate, with a taste of peach and a hint of orange, paired with a nice crunchy acidity. A refreshing wine perfect for traveling or for a stylish picnic!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with an aperitif, by yourself.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at night. By harvesting in the cool hours of the night, the maximum freshness can be extracted from the grapes. They are then immediately gently pressed in the absence of oxygen, some are also mashed cool and fermented at controlled temperatures.
