Tasting note
This vintage was created over 25 years ago when Jean-Etienne and François Matton wanted to offer the numerous lovers of Provence rosé a characteristic wine with the perfect balance of exciting aromas and light taste. The aim was to make wine lovers happy to drink and to praise the terroirs of Provence. The design of the bottle was updated in 2020.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with veal carpaccio, grilled fish, Provence-style stuffed mini vegetables, oriental cuisine.
Vinification
Dearing, gently squeezing, then pressing at low pressure. Selection of juices, static clarification and fermentation at low temperature.
