Tasting note
Beautiful pale yellow, with lemongrass and linden blossom shimmer. Intense citrus fruit aromas (lemon and orange), surrounded by wonderful mineral notes (in particular flint [Silex]). Fantastic presence of a fine and persistent perlage, first impression extremely lively, characterized by lemon flavor, full-bodied, perfectly balanced, of nice length, with a persistent citrus aroma.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, tapas, antipasti, fish terrine, shrimp cocktail, seafood salad, sushi, grilled chicken breast, Asian cuisine and blue cheese.
