About the wine
You will definitely have a lot of fun with the first-class Premium Torrontes Mendoza, which was produced in 2016. The winemaker from the Argentinian winery Alta Vista masters this white wine with sensitivity and intuition in the enchanting and sunny landscape of Mendoza.

Tasting note
Incredibly intense bouquet, in which honey, citrus and many exotic fruits such as grapefruit, passion fruit, pineapple and lychee try to outdo each other. Soft on the palate, juicy approach, the acidity forms a firm backbone, but is well packed into the meat.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the white wine is slightly chilled 10°-12°C.
Vinification
The Torrontes grapes for this wonderful wine grow at the foot of the Andes, in Salta, arguably the best wine-growing region in Argentina for the Argentinian grape variety Torrontés. The grapes are harvested in three stages — early, mid-harvest and late — to achieve particular complexity. The wine is aged in steel tanks and remains on the lees for 6 months.
