About the wine

The winemaker from the Swiss winery Domaine Viticole de Autecour SA has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the sunny and beautiful landscape of Vaud. Tasting note
Bright yellow with silver shimmer. Full-bodied, fruity, with aromas of peach, plum and mirabelles, mineral notes wonderfully round off the range of aromas. On the palate, it is defined by a lively first impression, followed by beautiful curves and a soft, smooth finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish terrines, whitefish fillets, crayfish, walleye fillets with white wine sauce, roast turkey, Provençal-style chicken breast and asparagus risotto.
