About the wine

Tasting note
Straw yellow color. On the nose, wonderful aromas of citrus and floral notes. On the palate, floral and fruity nuances, with crisp acidity, soft texture and a long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, paella, vegetables
Vinification
Vinified in wooden barrels, then aged on fine lees in French barriques for 8 months. Only 11,000 bottles were filled.
