About the wine
Prazo de Roriz DOC Prats and Symington Prazo de Roriz is the little brother of Post Scriptum and Chryseia. It is a very accessible wine and can be drunk even young, so it doesn't have to be stored for a few years first. Excellent value for money!

Tasting note
Intense dark ruby red. Fresh scent of red berries and ripe fruit with a fine mint note. Very soft and round on the palate with a fresh finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light and dark meats, barbecues, game and mature cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand, destemmed and carefully pressed. This is followed by fermentation at 22-24° C. Storage in French oak barrels.
