Tasting note
Color: ruby red with golden yellow edges. Aroma: Complex aroma with dominant fruit and compote notes. Hints of minerals, toasted notes and smoked notes. Character: Elegant taste with distinctive tannin, complex with a strong finish and velvety aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with currency dishes, venison, entrecote.
Vinification
Aging for 18 months in French oak barrels and 6 months in large oak barrels.
