About the wine
Classic Ribera del Duero crianza with juicy berry fruit, fine vanilla and spicy notes from barriques. Round, harmonious and elegant.

Tasting note
Color: Clear, bright blackberry red. Aroma: Fruity on the nose, with forest and floral aromas. Character: Medium-liquid on the palate with notes of vanilla, coconut, cinnamon and nuts, beautifully integrated acidity; lasting finish with a lovely sweetness in the aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled veal liver with sage onions, rabbit stew with mushrooms and polenta.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging in oak barriques for 6 months — aging in bottles for one year.
