About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this dominant Verdejo 2019 — Prado Rey Blanco Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y Léon. Wonderful and picturesque landscapes of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon) give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Real Sitio de Ventosilla Burgos conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this verdejo with vegetable rice or fish dishes.

Tasting note
Color: Intense golden yellow. Aroma: Delicious bouquet of citrus and passion fruits, accompanied by a touch of exoticism. Character: Balanced and smooth on the palate. On the finish, an aromatic range of stone fruits such as apricots and apricots. Wonderful finale!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with legumes, seafood paella, cheese, poultry such as Peking ducks.
Vinification
5 months in concrete tanks and then 5 months in oak barrels.
