About the wine
To get a feel for the hilly landscape aesthetics, there is no way around this red wine, which the French winery Domaine Baud masters with a keen sense of texture. With the first-class Poulsard En Rougemont Côtes du Jura, which was produced in 2018, you will certainly have a lot of fun.

Tasting note
Indigenous grape variety from the Jura. Drinking, with round and elegant tannins. On the palate and on the nose, you can find lots of fruit with strawberries, cherries and dark berries. The wine is produced very naturally, according to Terra Vitis rules.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with smoked meats such as Morteau sausage, pork, grilled poultry, game dishes such as pheasant or pigeon, and soft cheeses with red meats.
Vinification
Marl and limestone soil, hand harvesting, maceration 10 days.
