Tasting note
Yellow fruits, pear juice and hints of honey — accompanied by smoky and chalky notes. Very firm on the palate, at the same time juicy and with an elegant drinking flow. A slight astringency has a mouthwash and at the same time makes you want to take the next sip.
Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation. At least 8-12 months in steel tanks.
