About the wine
The Pouilly-Fuissé Vieilles Vignes (= old vines) is aged in barriques, a quarter of new barrels are used, the rest is used for second or third use. A successful alternative to the expensive white wines of the Côte d'Or

Tasting note
Brilliant golden yellow, fine bouquet with yellow fruits, nuts, floral notes and fine vanilla. On the palate, with attractive, juicy fruit of apricots, citrus fruits as well as subtle roasted aromas, nuts and brioche. Long, persistent finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish dishes, white meat and light cream sauces.
