About the wine
A complex and subtle wine. On the nose, mineral and herbal aromas such as chalk and herbs. This wine is a terroir wine in which the fruit components take a back seat. The aftertaste is balanced and rich. Goes well with scallops or grilled fish. The Vers Cras location will be upgraded to Premier Cru from the 2020 vintage, in addition to a further 21 individual Pouilly Fuissé layers.
