Tasting note
Intense fruit, reminiscent of limes and melons, accompanied by pleasant spicy notes. Rich, well-structured, lots of breed and finesse, tasty. Light golden yellow with lime blossom reflections.

Prawns, lobster, crawfish, veal, poultry, couscous, fish tagines, prawns in sweet and sour sauce, sushi, goat cheese.
