About the wine
The loamy, slate soils in Burgundy offer the winemaker from the French winery Domaine Louis Latour everything he needs to live out his craft and produce a wine for discerning connoisseurs. Tasting note
Nice light yellow color. On the nose, the pouilly fuissé is certainly flowery with hints of verbena and honey. On the palate, it is full and round with yellow fruit aromas and a pleasant tension on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with crustaceans, pork, soft cheeses.
Vinification
Vinification for 8-10 months in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Malolactic fermentation.
