Tasting note
Intense ruby red. Intense scent of fresh cherries and strawberries as well as spicy notes. On the palate, full-bodied and soft, balanced, with an intense aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with mature cheese and oven-roasted meats.
Vinification
Some of the grapes mature in barriques for one year, the other part in steel tanks, which gives the wine a nice balance between fruit and spices. The wine is then bottled and aged in the bottle for another 2 months.
