Deep garnet red. Fresh aromas of red fruits with a fine woody note. Very fresh and full on the palate with soft tannins and balanced acidity
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light and dark meats, barbecues, game and mature cheese
Vinification
The grapes are picked manually, destemmed and carefully squeezed. This is followed by fermentation at 25° C. This wine is then aged for 13 months in 400l French oak barrels
