Tasting note
Bouquet of flowers, orange peel, grapefruit and muscat. Soft, full-bodied, light sweetness on the finish, perfectly integrated with the fresh acidity.
Culinary recommendation
One part of Porto “Dry White” mixed with two parts of Schweppe's tonic, complemented with a lemon zest and ice cream results in a wonderfully refreshing aperitif during the warm season.
Vinification
The grapes go through a long maceration process with peel and pomace. The final blend contains various aged wines, which are aged in small old oak barrels in the wineries in Vila Nova de Gaia for at least three and a half years before bottling.
