About the wine
Dalva is a brand of the over 100-year-old C. da Silva (Vinhos) Sarl winery in Vila Nova da Gaia. It has a few quintas on the middle reaches of the Douro, and its cellars store over 4,000 pipes of port wine.

Vinification
The young wine was stopped with noble brandy at an alcohol content of 3%. The goal is a harmonious extract sweetness and fresh fruit aromas. The ageing took place in barriques for 8 months.
