Tasting note
A youthful red wine with a bright cherry red color and purple reflections. On the nose, fresh aromas of red fruits such as cherries and raspberries dominate, complemented by subtle notes of vanilla and toast, which come from the short aging of wood. Smooth and fruity on the palate, with soft tannins and lively freshness.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with tapas, grilled poultry, pasta with tomato sauce or milder cheeses.
Vinification
After selective manual harvesting, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine ages in French and American oak barrels for 4 months before being bottled.
