About the wine
In 1918, Manoel Domingues Poças Junior founded the company Poças Júnior, which today is still a large independent Portuguese family company that vinifies port wines and wines from the Douro. Three vineyards, which are located in different regions of the Douro and all benefit from optimal exposure, make up the winery. Today, the 4th generation is fully integrated into the company and the future is secured. There is already a long tradition of producing quality porto, while making wines is newer.
