Tasting note
Fantastic range of aromas of red berries, framed by a touch of musk. Very complex first impression, animalistic tones, framed by well-structured tannins. Wonderful length Bright garnet red with purple reflections.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with poultry, rump or beef steak, “Café de Paris” entrecote, lamb gigot, game specialties, soft cheeses (Epoisses, Cantal, Brie, Comté).
