Tasting note
Brilliant, rich ruby red. Aromatic on the nose, ripe berry fruit and stone fruit, spicy notes, cinnamon, cloves. On the palate, strong, velvety tannins, good and firm structure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with veal, cheese.
Vinification
Traditional mash fermentation in wooden fermentation stands and then aged in barriques for around 10 months.
