Vinification
A characterful Pinot Noir and a true figurehead of its region. This wine from Voillot — like the Cru Les Champans — is an example of the estate's signature. On the nose, it smells intensely of lavender and thyme, accompanied by fresh cherry, iodic notes and a touch of oriental spices. On the palate, it is slim, precise and finely structured, with moderate tannins and lots of elegance.
