Tasting note
Intense, shiny ruby red, with aromas of blackberries and blueberries. A powerful Pinot Noir with a wonderful balance.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fried or braised meat dishes, but also with game.
Vinification
After harvesting by hand, the PINOT noir grapes are gently pressed and crushed. The fermentation takes place in large wooden vats. The aging takes place in barrels for 12 months, then in steel tanks for a further 4 months.
