About the wine
An elegant Sangiovese with aromas of ripe red fruits, tobacco and spices. Full-bodied and well-structured, this wine is ideal for sophisticated meat dishes and aged cheeses.

Tasting note
Intense ruby red. The nose is guided by hints of purple and red berries and sour cherries, followed by notes of licorice, tobacco and nutmeg. Round and soft on the palate, but with lots of substance and an extensive fruity finish.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The perfect serving temperature for the red wine is a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The recommended enjoyment phase of this wine is in the following period: 2016 - 2022. Flaschenpost team is recommended with poultry, slightly spicy, red meat and duck.
