Tasting note
A fresh and fruity Rosso di Montalcino with aromas of blackberries, strawberries and notes of coffee and tobacco. A juicy wine with a nice aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with meat, risotto and cheese.
Vinification
The Sangiovese is fermented partly in steel tanks and partly in French oak barrels. It is then stored in French barrels (50% 60hl and 50% barrique) for 8 to 10 months.
