Tasting note
We describe its color as straw yellow with greenish and golden reflections. It presents a fine and persistent perlage and a bouquet with characteristic notes of bottle fermentation. The aromas are reminiscent of bread crust and dried fruit (almond, hazelnut, dried figs). Franciacorta Brut is spicy, fresh, fine and extremely harmonious.
