Tasting note
This red wine is made from Dalmatia's most popular red wine variety, Plavac Mali. The dry red wine delights us with intense and full fruit, perfect acidity and soft tannins. A beautiful ruby red color is already waiting for us in the glass. The aromas range from dark chocolate to plums and cherries to Mediterranean spices. Very harmonious, full-bodied, lively, round and long-lasting on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta dishes, pizza and grilled vegetables
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are fermented in steel tanks for around 15 days. Biological acid degradation takes place at the same time. The wine is then refined in steel tanks for 6 months.
